It recognizes both the intensive educational requirements and sales production. This education has given her the tools to be an expert in evaluating the market, pricing homes appropriately, and negotiating successful contracts. Fewer than 5% of real estate agents nation wide hold this designation.

Caroline’s understanding of the importance of today’s technology and the Internet has her pursuing the first and only technology certification recognized by the National Association of Realtors.
